Alpine Eagle is seeking a Head of Communications & Marketing to shape and manage our external image, ensuring alignment with brand values and business goals. You will lead media engagement, manage agencies, and supervise external content across platforms.

In this role, you will drive social media strategy, collaborate with leadership and product teams, and monitor PR impact while orchestrating campaigns and events to enhance visibility and credibility.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience (4+ years) in external communications, PR or media management.
• Strong ability to develop and execute media campaigns and PR strategies.
• Excellent relationship management with external partners and agencies.
• Deep understanding of branding and online presence enhancement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.

How you will make an impact:

As our Head of Communications & Marketing, you will oversee strategic communications and PR initiatives, shaping our company's external image and ensuring alignment with our brand values and business goals. You will manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders, lead media engagement strategies, and maintain our public-facing presence across various platforms.

• Develop and execute comprehensive media and communication strategies, including targeted media appearances, interviews, press releases, and articles.
• Oversee and optimize the company's presence across social media platforms, with a particular focus on professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with external PR, creative, and marketing agencies, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and scheduling.
• Proactively identify opportunities and channels to enhance our external communications, brand reputation, and audience reach.
• Supervise the creation and management of all visual and written external content, ensuring consistency and excellence (e.g., graphics, videos, images, website design and content).
• Monitor and manage public perception of the company, responding effectively to emerging issues or crises.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, industry events, and customer-facing activities.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, business development, engineering, and product teams to communicate company capabilities, innovations, and milestones effectively.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of external communication strategies, adjusting tactics as needed.

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in external communications, PR, media management in a related field to ours.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful media campaigns and public relations strategies.
• Excellent relationship management skills with a proven track record of managing external partners and agencies.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital content strategies, social media management, and online presence enhancement.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Business-fluent German and English language skills.
• Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
• Strategic thinker with strong planing, organization, and analytical abilities.
• An understanding of current trends in digital media and communications.
• A proactive approach to identifying innovative opportunities for enhancing company visibility and reputation.
• Ability to align communications strategy with overall business objectives and market positioning.
