About the role:

As a key member of the Management Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Ampler’s sales strategy. Your focus will be on deeply understanding customer needs, deciding the strategic sales direction Ampler should take, and driving revenue growth across digital and physical touchpoints.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deepen customer insights: Continuously analyze customer behaviors, decision-making processes, and pain points to refine our sales approach.
  • Drive sales growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that boost revenue.
  • Expand market reach: Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including B2B partnerships, untapped sales channels, new regions, and more.
  • Optimise the sales pipeline: Improve the sales process to enhance lead nurturing, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing: Partner closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with high-impact campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

About you:

You’re a proactive leader with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a customer-first approach. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving complex sales challenges.

  • Commercial background: 3-5 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales or business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Customer-first mindset: Ability to analyze customer data and behaviors to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Track record in driving sales growth: Demonstrated success in increasing revenue and expanding market share across different online and offline sales channels.
  • Team leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, ensuring alignment with strategy, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance.
  • Results-oriented & data-driven: Strong ability to track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimise sales strategies for maximum impact.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills: Confident with clients, internal stakeholders, and strategic partners, with a willingness to travel.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English and German.
  • Bonus: Reseller & distribution experience: Experience working with retail partners, resellers, or the micromobility/bicycle/automotive industry is a plus.

Our main showroom is located in Berlin, and our headquarters in Estonia, Tallinn. This role can be based in either location, with occasional travel required.
