Job Description:

The role is field-based and can be located either at the US East Coast or anywhere in Europe. As a member of the Contract Testing Services (CTS) Leadership Team, you will own the top line of the NA and EU P&L, with full responsibility for CTS sales across all customer segments in these regions. You will contribute to CTS strategy development and decision-making, develop and implement the commercial strategy, and build a commercial organization to capture business opportunities. Your responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, supporting collaboration within Life Science Services, achieving sales targets, developing sales forecasts, managing pricing strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers. You will also support operational planning, R&D roadmap development, and coach regional sales teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related Life Science, over 10 years of sales experience in biotech, experience managing sales teams, and profound knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech processes. Preferred qualifications include forecasting skills, negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, and stakeholder management at the executive level.
