Tasks
- Your job will be the end-to-end monitoring of WOW's commercial KPIs (e.g. ARPU, products per customer/upsell rates, re-engagement rates and gross/net churn rates etc.)
- Above all, identifying opportunities to continuously improve these KPIs by recommending strategic initiatives taking into account value and volume aspects are part of your daily business.
- In close collaboration with E-Commerce, Customer Base Management and Planning & Performance, you define, quantify and support the commercial optimization of WOW's quarterly GTM plans, e.g. definition of the quarterly commercial offer strategy for potential and existing customers.
- You'll drive the design of a long-term, data-driven strategy for the customer base by analyzing subscriber behavior, leveraging AI-driven analytics and working closely with the team on testing and learning initiatives to ensure WOW always has its finger on the pulse.
- In addition to presenting and reporting insights to cross-functional stakeholders in a compelling and easy-to-understand way, you'll be responsible for improving the quality of data usage, visualization and presentation in collaboration with other members of the WOW business.
- As a communicative interface, you'll work closely with colleagues from WOW Business, in particular the Customer Base Management, E-Commerce and Performance & Planning teams. You'll also cooperate with Sky Germany Finance, the Insights and Analytics team as well as the local and global data teams responsible for data science, data mining, data modelling, data quality, data products, predictive analytics, segmentation and personalization.
Requirements
- You've a university or college degree in business analytics, data science or statistics and have many years of relevant work experience, including proven experience in leading teams.
- Through your work experience, you've acquired good knowledge of SQL, Tableau for extracting and analyzing data and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), while knowledge of Adobe Analytics, data science or customer segmentation tools for CRM, Martech or e-commerce journeys is a bonus.
- In addition to your knowledge of data sources and visualization tools (preferably GSP/Tableau), you've a strategic mindset that has enabled you to achieve commercial benefits such as acquisition, win-back or revenue optimization.
- Your strong communication and presentation skills, combined with commercial thinking and analytical curiosity, make you stand out as you're able to convey complex messages clearly and convincingly.
- You describe yourself as proactive, inquisitive and resilient, with the ability to deliver high-quality insights and tackle problems in a solution-oriented way, even in small teams or under time pressure.
