Tasks
  1. Shape and Lead Commercial Strategy
  2. Develop and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with the CEO and other business units, guiding growth initiatives and expanding market presence in pet food, aquafeed, and human food sectors.
  3. Accelerate Business Development
  4. Identify and establish strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts focusing on mutual success, sustainable growth, and supply chain efficiency.
  5. Drive Sales Performance Across All Segments
  6. Manage sales strategies and operations to acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and meet revenue goals, emphasizing excellent customer service.
  7. Support Strategic Marketing
  8. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  9. Manage Product Portfolio from Concept to Market
  10. Oversee product development from a commercial perspective, aligning with market needs and collaborating with R&D to bring innovative products to market while maintaining strategic positioning.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
  • Hold an academic degree in Business Management or related fields.
  • Have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in international B2B ingredients sales.
  • Willing to travel up to 40%.
  • Possess a hands-on approach, team spirit, and effective time management skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to join a fast-growing startup.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Portuguese is a plus.
