MRM is seeking a Head of Client Services to lead our team in Germany. You’ll own and develop our relationship with several key clients whilst playing a pivotal role in identifying and converting opportunities for us to grow.

The Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services lead who is passionate about inspiring others and developing long-term client relationships.

The role will involve:

  1. Managing several of our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  2. Identifying opportunities to grow relationships, presenting ideas and strategies to key stakeholders.
  3. Overseeing projects and campaigns for the clients across CX, CRM/Loyalty, and Technology.
  4. Leading and mentoring the client services team.
  5. Playing an active role in new business opportunities.
Capabilities:

We’re looking for a Head of Client Services who can demonstrate:

  1. Previous experience operating at a similar level working with major clients. Experience with the automotive sector would be advantageous.
  2. A deep understanding of some or all of our core specialisms: Business & Digital Transformation, CX, CRM, Content, and Social Media.
  3. Proficiency in both German and English.
  4. Exceptional communication skills.
