There are significant growth opportunities across Europe, particularly in the German and French markets. The Directors now seek to add a senior business development executive of the highest caliber to the commercial team.
Your role will involve crafting and delivering profitable and sustainable revenue growth in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director. Given the market potential, the ideal candidate will know how to prioritize and differentiate genuine customer interest from noise and chatter. A blend of strategic vision and practical execution skills is essential, along with a strong drive to create real value across Europe.
Candidates should have an impressive and proven sales and business development background, preferably with a degree or exposure to key sectors such as highways, utilities, or major construction and infrastructure companies. A sharp, agile mind, combined with determination and patience, is necessary. An evidence of success in a modern, forward-looking company operating to best-in-class standards is also required.
