A fast-growing AI & Robotics start-up is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth and develop a sales strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a Sales/BD function, with an international scope in a growth sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in B2B Software Sales and a strong background in the AI and Robotics field, with proven leadership skills.
Head of Business Development – AI & Robotics Start-up – Germany / Remote
Darwin have partnered with an AI & Robotics Start-up who are building a Software Platform that enables Advanced Industrial Robotics.
They recently recieved $2m+ in Seed funding and already have successful partnerships in place, however they want to develop more consistent new revenue growth.
They are searching for a Head of Business Development to expand their market share, drive revenue growth and build strategic long-term partnerships.

You will develop a sales strategy, mature their sales / business development processes, expand on existing partnerships and leverage these to generate new revenue & ARR.
Experience of Interest
This opportunity will be very suited to an expereinced BD leader with Industrial Robotics expertise and a strong track record within start-ups.
Salary in the region of 120,000-150,000 + Bonus/Comms + flexible holiday allowance + stock options + hybrid/Remote working.
