About the Role

  • Define and execute the business development strategy to drive growth across B2B and residential markets.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and leadership to align business goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and with high-level stakeholders.
  • Track performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and continuously refine go-to-market approaches.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader with deep experience in clean energy, sustainability, or B2B tech.

Successful Candidates Will Have :

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales, ideally within solar, cleantech, or renewable energy.
  • A proven track record of driving growth, building partnerships, and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of solar technology, financing models, and the broader energy landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business fluency in both German (Native) and English (Fluent) is required.
