We're looking for a Head of Brand & Content to shape Rossum's perception in the market and ensure our messaging resonates with enterprise finance buyers. Your work will be crucial in driving awareness, building trust, and clearly communicating our AI-powered platform's value, directly impacting pipeline quality, sales enablement, and Rossum’s position as a category leader in intelligent document processing.

You'll help us with the following questions and challenges:

  • How do we strategically position Rossum as the definitive leader in intelligent document processing and enterprise automation through a compelling global brand and communications strategy?
  • What are the most effective ways to craft and evolve our product messaging to deeply resonate with enterprise CFOs and finance teams, driving their understanding and adoption?
  • How can we cultivate impactful thought leadership and manage PR to significantly boost our awareness and credibility among prospects, analysts, and partners?

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning and executing a global brand and communications strategy that positions Rossum as a category-defining leader in intelligent document processing and enterprise automation.
  • Shaping and evolving product messaging that resonates with enterprise CFOs and finance teams, in close partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Leading and growing a small but mighty team including a content writer, designer, and product marketers—serving as a strategic lead and player-coach.
  • Developing and maintaining an editorial calendar aligned with business objectives, major announcements, and events.
  • Driving thought leadership and developing compelling narratives that position Rossum at the forefront of enterprise finance innovation.
  • Managing PR strategy and agency relationships, boosting awareness and credibility among prospects, analysts, partners, and press.
  • Working with the Director of Analyst & Partner Marketing to build strategic relationships with industry analysts and influencers to support category creation and market education.
  • Measuring and reporting on brand visibility, sentiment, and content performance to continuously refine our approach.

Our marketing team thrives on innovation, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to brand building, always striving for impactful communication. In this role, you'll directly contribute to Rossum's mission by defining our voice and market presence, attracting key enterprise clients, and solidifying our leadership in AI-driven document automation.

You'll work closely with Product Marketing to refine messaging, Product and Sales teams to ensure alignment, and the Director of Analyst & Partner Marketing to amplify our influence.

You'll also have the opportunity to build and shape a foundational brand strategy for a rapidly scaling AI company, making a significant impact on our global market perception.

You should apply if:

  • You have 5+ years of proven experience building and scaling B2B brand and communications strategies, ideally within high-growth SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
  • You possess a deep understanding of product marketing and storytelling that genuinely connects with enterprise buyers, especially CFOs and finance stakeholders.
  • You have a track record of creating impactful thought leadership and go-to-market messaging in new or emerging categories.
  • You demonstrate excellent team leadership and people management skills, with a clear focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • You have expertise in digital and social media content distribution, as well as PR engagement.
  • You possess strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • You have an analytical mindset and a clear focus on measuring brand performance and communication impact.
