A leading automotive marketplace is seeking a Head of B2B Marketing to drive their marketing strategy focused on the dealer network. In this role, you will develop impactful campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform visibility and revenue growth. Candidates should have a Master's degree, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
As the Head ofB2B Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and driving the B2B marketing strategy for mobile.de, with a strong focus on the automotive industry. You will lead initiatives that strengthen relationships with our dealer network, enhance the visibility of our platform, and drive measurable results in lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will also lead initiatives to develop our advertising teams engagements with our partners and help to drive up our advertising revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, ideally gained through experience working with or for automotive service providers, dealerships, or related businesses.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Advertising, Product, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives, while also leading a team to execute impactful campaigns and projects.
This role reports to the Chief Audience and Growth Officer. We work in a hybrid setup with a few days per week spent in our office in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy tailored to the needs of the automotive industry, advertising network and dealer network.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of marketing activities and ensure alignment with business goals.
Position mobile.de as the market leader and preferred partner for automotive dealerships through targeted marketing initiatives.
Work closely with Sales, Advertising, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure a unified approach to advertiser and dealer engagement and communication.
Align messaging and strategy across all channels.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including lead generation, advertiser engagement, dealer retention initiatives, and product launches.
Ensure the creation of high-quality, targeted content such as newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars to support dealer needs & advertising leads.
Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, email) to maximize reach and engagement with our B2B audience.
Develop and manage dealer-focused events, webinars, and sponsorships to strengthen relationships and drive engagement.
Build and maintain a strong presence at industry events and trade shows to position mobile.de as a thought leader in the automotive space.
Use market research and data insights to help illustrate how advertising with mobile will help OEMs sell more new cars.
Develop and publicize case studies that promote the effectiveness of advertising with mobile for dealers, OEMs, industry partners and advertising agencies.
Help the advertising sales teams with constructing compelling narratives and stories that excite advertisers.
Utilize market research and dealer feedback to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with industry needs.
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally within the automotive industry or a related service provider.
Strong understanding of the automotive dealer ecosystem, including challenges, trends, and opportunities.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with Sales, Product, and other departments.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and make informed decisions.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
AI literacy and practical application experience to enhance productivity while maintaining critical thinking.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
