The Role

As Head of AI, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and integration of intelligent features across the simulation platform. This role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and product impact — with a focus on practical automation, intelligent tooling, and workflow optimisation.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver AI-enhanced capabilities that improve performance, user experience, and system scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the AI strategy across core simulation products
• Identify and implement intelligent automation opportunities across workflows
• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers and data developers
• Guide the development of AI-powered tools, features, and internal capabilities
• Ensure seamless integration of AI with existing infrastructure and product stack

Requirements

• 7+ years in AI, data, or applied software roles
