Collaborate with development teams to implement data instrumentation and maintain high data quality.
Partner with game development and product management teams to identify strategic opportunities for our first-party games and business, using data-driven insights and metrics to guide execution.
Build and monitor predictive models that will help daily Product, User Acquisition and Monetization decisions.
Design and implement machine learning models to enhance decision-making and business strategies
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights
Optimize data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineers
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across analytics projects
Work with tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, and Tableau
5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience with machine learning models and deployment in production environments
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
Experience working with big data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills – ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Understanding of experimental design, A/B testing techniques and player segmentation
Games industry experience with a strong understanding of the game and player market
Deep knowledge of game monetization, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
Experience in Product Data Science, including areas such as churn, LTV and ROAS prediction and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.
