We are looking for a Head of AI, a role that combines AI expertise with strategic vision. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to define and drive the AI strategy of a future market leader in the BIM space.

Tasks

1. Lead the AI Vision: Define and execute NeoBIM's AI strategy, combining strategic foresight with hands-on implementation.
2. Own the Full AI Stack: Oversee the end-to-end development of advanced AI systems, including generative 3D models, large language models (LLMs), and multi-modal neural networks. Manage the full lifecycle from design to deployment and ongoing optimization.
3. Stay Hands-On with Code and Complex Problems: Contribute to core development tasks, from prototyping and model training to debugging and performance tuning. Lead by example as a technical authority.
4. Drive Product-Centered Innovation: Translate cutting-edge AI research into practical features within NeoBIM's product suite, enabling automation, design optimization, and data-driven insights across workflows.

Requirements

1. Proven Leadership in AI Strategy and Execution: Experience defining and driving AI strategy in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
2. Expertise in Python and Deep Learning Frameworks: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, with the ability to contribute to core development tasks.
3. LLM & Generative AI Expertise: Deep experience with training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mixtral) and generative AI systems (e.g., Diffusion Models, VAEs, GANs).
4. Building Multimodal or 3D Models: Track record with Vision Transformers, NeRFs, or generative 3D architectures.
5. Full AI System Lifecycle Ownership: Experience leading AI development from training to deployment and iteration at scale.
6. MLOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of MLOps tools and infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD, data versioning). Comfortable with cloud/hybrid/on-prem systems.
7. Analytical & Mathematical Foundation: Strong grounding in statistics, optimization, and deep learning theory relevant to real-world applications.
