SIXT is redefining HR with AI, led by you, the executive sponsor of AI transformation across all HR processes worldwide. You will map end-to-end workflows, set KPIs, and steer AI architects using Claude Code and LLM APIs, deciding what to build in-house or buy.

SIXT is rebuilding HR around AI, and you lead it. Every manual step is on the table: recruiters writing job ads by hand, HR business partners answering the same policy questions each week, onboarding and contract changes that crawl through tickets and spreadsheets.

Your scope: every HR process, for every SIXT employee worldwide. You report to our CHRO and set the direction for AI architects and engineers from our Tech organization, working alongside People Systems, Data & AI. Together you build LLM apps and agents, like one that handles a contract change end to end; HR is your customer and co-owns every result.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You map every HR process end to end, from hiring to offboarding, and rank where AI removes the most effort, cost or wait time. You publish the ranked backlog and own the call on what goes first and what gets dropped


• You define the KPIs for HR's AI transformation and set baselines before anything ships: time-to-hire, recruiter hours per hire, HR case resolution time, share of employee questions solved without a human, cost per HR transaction. You report progress against them to the executive board every quarter


• You steer the build: AI architects and engineers working with Claude Code and LLM APIs on top of our HR core, recruiting and payroll platforms. You set the bar for what reaches production and decide what we build in-house and what we buy


• You redesign processes together with Recruiting, HR Business Partners and HR Operations so AI replaces steps instead of being bolted onto old ones. Adoption counts: a tool nobody uses scores zero


• You decide where AI may act on its own and where a human stays in the loop. That covers hiring decisions and pay and performance data, under rules that differ by country, from the EU AI Act to US laws on automated hiring. You get each use case through Legal and Data Protection without losing what made it worth building


• You retire what no longer earns its place: legacy tools, manual workarounds, and AI pilots that never moved a KPI

• HR transformation you've led, with numbersYou've redesigned core HR processes across several countries and thousands of employees, and can show the before and after. Bring the metrics


• AI in your daily workYou use AI assistants and coding agents every day and have built or shipped LLM-based workflows or agents yourself. Prompting, retrieval, evals and agent design are familiar ground, and you can judge when a model's output is reliable enough to act on


• Technical depth to lead engineersYou understand APIs, HR data models and system integrations well enough to challenge an architecture, spot integration risks early, and keep a build honest on cost and complexity


• Prioritization backed by evidenceYou build business cases from process data, stop initiatives that don't deliver, and put the trade-off in writing before the decision, not after


• HR from the inside:You've run recruiting, business partnering or HR operations yourself, so you know where the real hours go and which shortcuts employees will reject


• Leadership across tech and HRYou've steered engineering teams and senior HR leaders at the same time, with or without a formal reporting line, and shipped something both sides now depend on. You write decision-ready memos for the executive board
