100 million euros) as Head of Accounting, Tax and Treasury.
In this challenging and newly defined management position, you will be responsible for accounting (IFRS and HGB accounting, financial reporting in Lucanet), tax and treasury, with a strategic and technical operational focus. Together with your highly specialized team (target size 12 employees) and in constant dialogue with the commercial departments of our clinics (currently 10 legal entity locations), you will advise our senior management on all business-related issues relating to accounting, cash flow / working capital, risk management and internal control. In addition, in the context of our buy-and-build growth strategy, you will provide professional input on due diligences and PMI measures, optimize cross-functional structures, processes, methods and competencies, and thus our organizational maturity for improved business control. You will report directly to the CFO in Germany.
You have been successfully working in a comparable management position in the service sector (pattern : distributed services) for several years, ideally with a focus on healthcare-related services (clinics, medical practices, care, laboratories). Your professional development has given you comprehensive expertise and experience in the areas of accounting, tax and treasury, and you have a strong business mindset for contributing to business and organizational development. You act entrepreneurially, have strong communication skills, and possess strong analytical abilities, conceptual competence and implementation discipline. As a confident leader, you lead your employees in an exemplary and motivating manner, promoting competence, performance orientation and change. Very good English and German skills and willingness to travel are required.
