Hellma Materials GmbH is seeking a skilled accounting professional to handle comprehensive financial operations, including AP/AR, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions. You will manage payments domestically and internationally, prepare tax filings, and assist with year-end accounts in collaboration with auditors.

The role requires several years in accounting/taxation, strong MS Office and ERP experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable subject.
• Several years' professional experience in accounting or taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting systems.
• Very good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Organise and process accounting entries (AP, AR, fixed assets).
• Process domestic and international payments.
• Prepare reports and compile statistics.
• Record intergroup trade transactions.
• Tax assessment of transactions.
• Assist with annual accounts prep with auditors.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Manage about four staff members.

Your responsibilities:

• Organising and processing accounting entries (accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets)
• Organising and processing domestic and international payments
• Organising and carrying out reporting activities and compiling statistics
• Recording of business transactions relating to the international exchange of goods within the group
• Tax assessment of business transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of the annual accounts, including those of subsidiaries, in collaboration with the auditors
• Preparation of tax returns
• Responsibility for approximately 4 staff members

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable subject
• Several years' professional experience in accounting or taxation
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting systems
• Very good command of English
