Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für die Instandhaltung der Energieversorgung des Werks. Sie tragen Verantwortung für Elektroplanung, Störungssuche, Koordination externer Firmen und die Optimierung der Energieeffizienz vor Ort.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker/Meister im Elektrohandwerk oder vergleichbar.
• Studium in Maschinenbau, Regelungstechnik oder HKL-Technik ist vorteilhaft.
• Idealerweise Berechtigung für 30 kV Systeme.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; ideal PLC- und CAD-Steuerungssysteme.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für die elektrische Architektur der Energieversorgung im Werk.
• Analyse von Störungen und Beseitigung von Fehlfunktionen zur Wiederherstellung des Betriebs.
• Anleitung externer Firmen bei Instandhaltungsarbeiten.
• Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Flussdiagrammen zur Verfügbarkeit der Anlagentechnik.
• Durchführung von Energiekennwerten zur Reduzierung des Energieverbrauchs.
• Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst gehört zum Aufgabenbereich.

• Responsible for the electrical engineering support of the energy supply throughout the plant, in particular the production systems with network and control technology and the media supply systems
• Analysing and rectifying faults and malfunctions to restore operational readiness
• Coordinating external companies
• Creating work instructions and work flow charts to ensure maximum availability and control of the plant technology
• Carrying out the necessary energy measurements for measures to reduce energy consumption
• Participation in the on-call service is part of your job

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as or master craftsman in electrical engineering or similar
• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, control engineering or air conditioning/ventilation technology,
• Ideally, you already have a switching authorisation for up to 30 kV systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally also familiar with PLC and CAD control systems
• Independent, careful and autonomous way of workingGood written and spoken English skills
