Your Opportunity

1. As Head of Account Executive (AE) for Germany, you will build and lead Agicap’s next-generation closing organization. This is a pivotal role, created as a key growth accelerator: you’ll empower our AE team to become world-class closers, continue to professionalize our sales approach, and take ownership of ambitious topline growth.

2. You will be responsible for scaling our team, spearheading transformation in our sales processes and driving overarching organizational change.

3. You’ll work directly with country and global leadership to set targets, shape vision, and turn strategy into everyday action.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Scale:Lead a team of high-performing AEs, with a track record for stability and retention—bringing expertise to double new business growth, professionalizing our approach, and scaling our team.

Sales Excellence:Coach, mentor, and inspire the team across the demo, negotiation & closing cycle—ensuring best-in-class value-based selling in both SMB and Mid-Market segments, with tailored focus teams for each.

Strategic Leadership:Work closely with C-level to discuss country strategy, set ambitious targets, and relentlessly drive topline growth.

Hands-On Execution:Lead by example in client pitches, complex deals, and closing new business, mastering our product and ICP.

Optimize & Analyze:Ensure efficiency in team performance, monitor success metrics, and iterate rapidly for improvement.

Culture & Coaching:Build a culture of excellence and ambition: deeply invest in the success of others, foster continuous learning, and keep the team humble, motivated, and resilient.
