Your tasks
  • Development of a sales strategy for the maintenance sector with a focus on overhauls, service contracts and multi-year customer loyalty programmes
  • Professional management of the international Sales LCS Teams in the Maintenance sector
  • Development of a training programme for the worldwide Sales LCS
  • Definition and development of a global quotation process, including contents and texts as well as selection of a necessary system/tool
  • Ensuring quality standards and improvement of operational excellence and efficiency in the Maintenance sales process Maintenance to increase customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Participation in the development of new maintenance solutions (overhaul, service contracts, etc.) through structured market and customer feedback
  • Participation in the pricing concept for solutions in the Maintenance sector


Your profile
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Extensive job-relevant practical experience in the Sales/LCS sector
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge in SAP
  • Resilient, convincing personality
  • Initiative
  • Assertiveness and leadership experience
  • Strong sales experience (sales professional)
  • Profound experience in the field of Maintenance, especially service contracts
  • Very good spoken and written German and English
  • Further foreign language skills advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
