Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the economic and personnel management of the division
2. Ensuring all operational standards are met
3. Managing daily work schedules and ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned
4. Controlling goods orders
5. Collaborating closely with the front office and technology teams
6. Creating holiday and duty rosters
7. Providing technical instruction and ongoing training to subordinate employees

Qualifications

• Completed training in the hotel industry with professional experience as a housekeeper
• Warm and competent demeanor
• Sincere guest and service orientation
• High-quality standards
• Independent and responsible work ethic
• Fluency in German and English
