Your role: As Head of FP&A, Denmark, you will play a key role in driving transformation and financial excellence at our Swedoor Denmark operations. This exciting and challenging role is important in advancing our commercial and operational initiatives, serving as a key Finance Business Partner to the country leadership team. What your impact will be:

• Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
• Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Partner with the Head of Accounting to ensure thorough and accurate accounting practices, backed by financial analysis.
