Your role:
As Head of FP&A, Denmark you will play a key role to drive transformation and financial excellence at our Swedoor Denmark operations. What your impact will be:

• Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that align with business strategies.
• Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Collaboration with Accounting: Partner with the Head of Accounting to ensure thorough and accurate accounting practices, backed by financial analysis
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Multi-country Experience: Background in a multicultural, manufacturing environment.
• Financial Acumen: Strong insight into financial drivers and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Leadership & Relationship Management: A proven track record of mentoring teams and influencing key relationships.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Capability to challenge the status quo
• Strong "can-do" attitude and understand the business drivers. Creating partnership and network comes natural in addition to leading and developing the local JELD-WEN Denmark FP&A team.
