Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily bar operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to the team whenever needed.
2. Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves.
3. Contribute creatively to develop our menu, innovating our bar concept and staying ahead of trends.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.
5. Know your product and systems thoroughly.
6. Lead by example, driving service standards that aim for excellence, and encourage your team to grow and develop in the 'Hox' way.
