Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily bar operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to the team whenever needed.
- Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves.
- Contribute creatively to develop our menu, innovating our bar concept and staying ahead of trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.
- Know your product and systems thoroughly.
- Lead by example, driving service standards that aim for excellence, and encourage your team to grow and develop in the 'Hox' way.
Qualifications

- Fluent in English; good German knowledge; additional languages are a plus.
