Sales Representative PV & Heat Pump Systems (m / w / d) – Location: Kassel & surrounding region Germany. Employment Type: Full-time or Freelance / Handelsvertreter possible.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and technically minded Sales Representatives to join a growing team in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for generating and closing sales for photovoltaic (PV) and heat pump systems supporting customers from first contact to installation planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations for PV and heat pump installations.
- Manage leads provided by the company and generate new business via networking cold outreach and trade events.
- Coordinate with installation teams to document site access planning and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and project plans.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the sales and installation process.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred; technical background highly valued (Elektroingenieur Elektriker Dachdecker SAK Schreiner with sales experience).
- Technical affinity and willingness to learn the specifics of PV and heat pump systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently manage your schedule and follow up on projects on site.
- Flexible regarding office presence; majority of time spent with clients and project sites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based remuneration : 710% per installation depending on experience and deal size.
- Option for full-time employment or freelance / Handelsvertreter contract.
