Rewards:

• $11 - $18 hourly average. (Hourly wage includes hourly rate + tips + commission on product sales. Current top retail sellers earn $15-$20 an hour)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate well with team members in a fun, professional work environment
• Understand the importance of maintaining a squeaky-clean work environment
• Work one-on-one with our Chief Style Boss (aka Educator) to learn how to master Blo’s 7 signature styles and more (via Blo’s paid training program)

Role:

• Ability to work weekends (Fridays through Sundays) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty industry and making people feel better
• Hairdresser, Hair Stylist, stylist, Beauty Salon/ salon, Makeup Artist experience is an asset
• Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
• Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement

Must have:

• An up-to-date cosmetology license
• Potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, bridal specialist, Unite ambassador, or be promoted to team lead, senior stylist or management roles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Starts at $11.00 per hour... Immediate first hourly rate increased once Glo makeup training is completed. Second hourly rate increase after the 3 month probation. Retention bonus will be paid at the 5th month of employment based on performance and goal completion.

Compensation: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
