Job Description:

CSL Plasma is one of the world's largest human plasma production companies for the manufacture of highly effective coagulation and immunoglobulin products.

Position: GxP-Auditor (m/f/d) with foreign language skills in IT or FR + fluent in DE/EN

Your responsibilities:

• Perform qualification audits in the respective national language (EN/IT/FR/DE) within the EMEA region at plasma suppliers/service providers according to GxP and DIN ISO standards, and evaluate audit results.
• Conduct risk analyses and assess their impact on the qualification status; evaluate corrective and preventive measures.
• Review implementation and compliance with regulations and CSL quality requirements across all audited facilities.
• Contribute to the development of audit systems and assist in creating and editing standard operating procedures.
• Update work lists to ensure metrics and key performance indicators are current.
• Handle non-conformance reports electronically.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.

Your profile:

• Vocational training or bachelor's degree in public health, natural sciences, or a related field; or vocational training as an interpreter or foreign language correspondent.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as an auditor is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
• Excellent language skills in English and German, plus Italian or French.
• Willingness to travel extensively with high flexibility.
• Knowledge of quality management, GxP/DIN ISO standards, and audit/inspection experience is advantageous.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, with a structured and independent work style.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Strong teamwork, dispute resolution, personal, and social skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
