As Guest Relations Shift Leader, you will join a team passionate about delivering exceptional service, believing that anything is possible while having fun in all that we do!

Aufgaben
  1. Supports the smooth running of the guest relations department, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
  2. Works as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries and resolving problems.
  3. Takes responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is completed professionally and promptly.
  4. Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
  5. Collaborates with immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory, and to attain productivity and performance levels.
  6. Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
  7. Ensures adherence to legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.
Qualifikation
  1. Experience in guest relations is beneficial but not essential.
  2. Hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
