A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to help launch and scale a new strategic product in Europe. We are looking for a driven and strategic Growth Strategy Manager (d/f/m) to help launch and rapidly scale a new venture providing a strategic product adjacent to Entrix in Europe. You’ll join an early team, shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, establishing commercial operations, and positioning us for long-term growth and impact across Europe’s dynamic energy landscape.
Location:Munich, Germany
Employment Type:Full-Time, indefinite term
Salary Range:€65,000 - 80,000 depending on the seniority level
Working Mode:Office-first setup

Market & Product Strategy: Identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities by analyzing energy markets, competitors, and emerging trends
Go-to-Market & Sales: Set up our early commercial operations, including outreach strategies, CRM processes, sales pipelines, and client engagements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align closely with product, tech, and senior leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure execution excellence
Commercial Operations: Build robust internal workflows across finance, contracts, reporting, and knowledge management
Experience: 2-4+ years at a top-tier consultancy, finance, start-up or similar high-paced environments
Analytical powerhouse:Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear strategies and actionable next steps
Execution mindset:Comfortable owning problems end-to-end, translating strategy into real-world results
Communication pro:Excellent storyteller- your presentations are sharp, compelling, and tailored for executive-level stakeholders
Collaborative builder: Thrive in fast-moving teams, skilled at cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, and leadership
