Qualifikationen

As our Growth Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the Growth team, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment across initiatives. You will establish and maintain processes, documentation standards, and team rhythms while driving OKR execution and cross-departmental collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys building structure that enables high-performing teams to scale effectively.


Your Tasks
  1. Process & Workflow Optimization: Design, implement, and refine cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth collaboration between Growth, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.
  2. Documentation Culture & Structure: Establish and curate a documentation framework to standardize knowledge sharing, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
  3. Team Rhythms & Engagement: Own the Growth department’s operational cadence, including meeting structures, decision-making frameworks, and rules of engagement.
  4. OKR Management & Alignment: Drive the Growth team’s OKR processes, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and transparent tracking of progress.
  5. KPI Transparency & Reporting: Define, establish, and maintain clear visibility into the team’s key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  6. Strategic Growth Enablement: Implement scalable operational structures to support experimentation, learning loops, and cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Tools Portfolio Management: Curate and manage the Growth team’s tool stack, ensuring efficiency, integration, and alignment with team needs and objectives.
  8. Tracking & Measurement Enablement: Drive the implementation and upkeep of tracking and measurement frameworks across tools such as Amplitude and Power BI. Project manage implementation initiatives, ensure workbooks are up to date, well-documented, and shared transparently across the team.

You Bring
  1. 3+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  2. Strong ability to structure and streamline complex processes to improve team efficiency.
  3. Experience with OKR planning and execution in high-growth environments.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  5. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBi, Amplitude, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms).
  6. A passion for driving operational excellence and fostering a transparent, high-performance team culture.
