Tasks

We are working on building an entirely new industry, which requires innovative growth efforts and a focus on educating a broader audience. As part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting and executing strategies that drive awareness and engagement. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, operational support, and ensuring our growth initiatives are effective and impactful.

• Data Management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to measure the performance of growth and marketing initiatives, providing insights to guide decision-making.
• Project Execution: Plan, execute, and collaborate with the team to implement growth strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet their objectives.
• Marketing Content and Campaign Coordination: Organize, schedule, and distribute marketing content across various channels to maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment. Maintain social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing creative ideas for content. Conduct basic SEO checks to optimize content for improved online visibility.
• Operational Support: Provide logistical and operational support for event planning and execution, including preparing materials and coordinating tasks to ensure seamless delivery. Assist in streamlining workflows and maintaining tools to improve the efficiency of marketing operations.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial/ambitious spirit (We love people that can self-manage)
• Creative, result-driven, and very open mindset
• Good copywriting skills
• Excellent English language skills (German, French, Spanish or Italian language is considered a plus)
• Excellent computer/tech skills (Design or Video Editing experience is considered a plus)
• Pronounced hands-on mentality; your day-to-day will include a wide range of projects
• Ideally, but not required: Work experience in early-stage, high innovation companies
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany / Remote not possible
