We are looking for a full‑time Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for our Munich office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team
• Organise and promote events (trade shows, APS presence, virtual events) to maximise lead capture
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Design and manage lead nurturing programmes, including email campaigns, webinars, and gated content
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
• Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve campaign performance
• Continuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaigns

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B tech, deep‑tech or hardware/equipment industry
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Independent, proactive, and well‑organised working style
• Open‑minded, collaborative personality with a solution‑focused approach
