Position Summary:
We're seeking a growth-minded Growth Marketing Manager with native fluency in AI-powered marketing tools and a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through modern, multichannel strategies.
This role is ideal for a strategic self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment, is obsessed with optimization, and is constantly exploring how the latest AI advancements can be applied to scale campaigns, enhance targeting, and personalize engagement.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns across paid social, search, SEO, email, digital events, and surround-sound strategies. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Content, and RevOps to ensure precise targeting, tight attribution, and meaningful conversion throughout the funnel.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
