The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to support online marketing for Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics in Germany, with occasional collaboration across Europe. This onsite role in Germany will focus on driving growth through influencers (YouTube/TikTok/Instagram), affiliate networks, and Deals sites, mainly under a CPS (Cost-Per-Sale) model. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, creativity, and local market knowledge to maximise brand exposure and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns for Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics in Germany, with measurable growth targets.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local influencers, affiliates, and Deals platforms to drive conversions.
  • Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimise strategies to ensure efficient use of marketing budgets.
  • Track German market consumer trends and competitor activity, proactively adjusting strategies.
  • Collaborate with European teams to align campaigns with broader regional marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing processes, best practices, and reporting standards suitable for the local market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or category promotion, ideally in Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of the German market and familiarity with local influencers, affiliate networks, and Deals platforms.
