Your Role & Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager role is for someone who’s equal parts strategist and operator-someone who can build funnels, launch campaigns, and drive measurable results without needing hand-holding.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth funnel → From first touch to demo booking. You design, build, and optimize every step that moves someone closer to becoming a magier client.
  • Run paid acquisition campaigns → Set up, manage, and optimize paid ads across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads.
  • Launch and test outbound initiatives → Set up cold outreach systems, craft messaging, and iterate based on response rates and conversion.
  • Build and manage CRM workflows → Own the setup and optimization of lead nurturing, lifecycle emails, and automation flows to convert leads over time.
  • Track performance & measure impact → Set up dashboards, implement tracking, and own performance reporting across all growth initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally → Collaborate with the founding team and marketing to ensure creative, targeting, and messaging are aligned with our brand and goals.
  • Operate independently → You take initiative, manage your own priorities, and move fast to test, learn, and scale what works.
  • Use AI to move faster & smarter → Leverage AI tools to generate copy, analyze performance, build workflows, or test creative-speed is a weapon.

To succeed as our Social Media Creator & Strategist, you should have:

Must-Have Skills & Traits

  • Proven B2B experience → You’ve worked in a B2B environment and understand how to attract and convert professional buyers.
  • Lead generation know-how → You’ve built systems that drive demo bookings-whether through paid, outbound, or smart inbound strategies.
  • You’ve done it before → You can point to real growth you’ve driven: campaigns that worked, funnels that converted, or experiments that scaled.
  • Tool-savvy → You know your way around marketing tools and can connect systems like CRM, ad platforms, tracking tools, automations, etc.
  • Growth mindset → You love experimenting, moving fast, and figuring things out-even when you don’t have all the answers.
  • Independent operator → You don’t need micromanagement. You take ownership and get things done.

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with high-ticket lead gen → You know what it takes to generate and nurture leads for premium or complex services.
  • Agency or creative services background → You’ve marketed something similar to Magier and get the value of top-tier design.

  • A predictable pipeline is in place → You’re consistently generating 50+ qualified demo calls per month with ideal ICP leads.
  • Automations are running smoothly → CRM flows, lead nurturing, and outbound systems are working without bottlenecks or manual hacks.
  • Paid and outbound channels are optimized → You’ve tested, iterated, and scaled what works-while cutting what doesn’t.
  • Dashboards and tracking are clear → Everyone has visibility into what’s working, what’s not, and what to focus on next.
  • Creative and messaging resonate → Campaigns are landing, engagement is growing, and leads are showing up ready to buy.
  • You own the growth function → You’re driving initiatives, proposing new ideas, and leading the charge across paid, outbound, and CRM.
