TL;DR

We’re hiring aGrowth Marketing Leadto own demand generation, funnel optimization, and campaign experimentation across the full customer journey—from first touch to expansion. You’ll run multi-channel programs, test and scale what works, and drive pipeline growth across ICPs and use cases. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on ownership and iteration.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS or deep tech marketing
  • Strong track record with full-funnel demand gen and pipeline ownership
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns and demand experiments
  • Deep familiarity with ICP mapping, segmentation, and value-based messaging
  • Skilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and Salesforce
  • Comfortable working with SEO and paid media agency partners
  • Strong analytical mindset—you measure everything and iterate fast
  • Experience marketing to both technical (e.g., developers) and enterprise buyers
  • Able to operate independently in fast-paced environments and prioritize based on impact
  • Bonus: experience with open-source developer communities
