Qualifikationen

• Успешный опыт роста.self-serve продуктов с прямой ответственностью за активацию пользователей
• Опыт управления бюджетами на маркетинг по каналам с перераспределением средств на основе экономики привлечения
• Умение создавать креативы (копирайт, лендинги, демонстрации продукта) без внешних агентств
• Ежедневное применение LLM для исследований, креатива и анализа данных, умение распознавать, когда помощь полезна
• Опыт работы в стартапе или небольшой быстрой команде продукта
• Готовность действовать без детального плана и выбирать, что тестировать при неопределённых каналах
• Плюс: маркетинг инструментов разработчиков, QA продуктов или ИИ-тулов

Aufgaben

• Проводить параллельные эксперименты по каналам (платный поиск, видео, сообщества, органика) и находить конверсию
• Раннее отключение неэффективных каналов на основе данных
• Генерировать маркетинговые материалы: копии объявлений, демо-ролики, лендинги
• Работать с командой продукта над требованиями к привлечению, например пользовательские onboarding-потоки
• Строить и поддерживать сквозной конверсионный путь от клика до момента « aha » и LTV
• Определять измеримый путь привлечения от первого клика до момента «aha»
• Определять фактическую стоимость за активного пользователя или B2B-лида
• Определять один-два канала, достойных значительных вложений

Qure is an AI copilot for web testing automation. Its desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. Qure operates within JetBrains Innovation Hub, an internal startup incubator where small autonomous teams build new products.

Задачи

• Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what converts
• Shut down underperforming channels early using data to support decisions
• Produce marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages
• Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools
• Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking from a user’s initial click to the aha moment and LTV
• Establish a measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment
• Determine the true cost per active user or B2B lead
• Identify one or two channels worthy of significant investment.

• Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation
• Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics
• Ability to create creative assets, including copy, landing pages, and product demos, without relying on external agencies or designers
• Daily experience using LLMs for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with judgment about when they help or hinder work
• Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team
• Comfortable operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are unproven
• Honest about performance and disciplined in cutting underperforming channels based on data
• Bias for action and preference for shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing
• Nice to have: Experience marketing developer tools, QA products, or AI tools.
