As the UK Growth Manager, you will take full ownership of driving Carly's expansion in the UK & Ireland, primarily through growth marketing via influencer paid partnerships. This is a high-impact, career-defining role where you will shape and execute strategies that directly contribute to Carly's success in the region. From leading influencer-driven growth initiatives and paid social campaigns to optimizing branding, PR, and customer engagement, you will be at the forefront of scaling Carly's brand expansion and revenue growth.
Tasks
- You will own and lead Carly's growth initiatives in the UK & Ireland, with influencer paid partnerships as the primary driver of new revenue. Managing influencer marketing from sourcing and negotiations to performance tracking and revenue growth.
- You will optimize paid social and local campaigns by localizing ad copies and content to enhance engagement and conversion rates, aligning them with influencer-led initiatives where possible.
- You will support CRM, PR, and branding efforts, ensuring effective customer engagement, media outreach, and cross-channel brand growth (TV, Amazon, etc.).
- You will analyze and report on key performance metrics using data-driven insights to refine influencer and marketing strategies.
- You will support B2B expansion by assisting with marketing initiatives that strengthen Carly's presence in the UK business sector, ensuring alignment with overall growth marketing efforts.
Requirements
- You have 2 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a strong focus on influencer marketing and partnership management.
- You have expertise in paid social advertising, localization, and ad optimization to drive engagement and conversions.
- You have experience in CRM, branding, and PR, helping to shape brand positioning and customer relationships in a competitive market.
- You take a data-driven approach, tracking key performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies for growth.
