We are searching for a Growth Operations Manager for the leading provider of sustainable mobility solutions.

  • Campaign management: You design our promotion strategy, from planning, to implementation, experimentation, and analysis of results to maximize ROI.
  • Pricing strategy: You help define our pricing strategy, make informed pricing decisions based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Category management: You further develop our approach to category management and use targeted strategies to achieve additional growth.
  • Customer journey: You define the north star for our customer journey, identify improvement opportunities, prioritize, and implement in order to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales channels: You identify, plan, and experiment with new growth channels and avenues to maximize revenues.
  • Cross-team collaboration: You work closely with our sales, operations, and marketing teams and support them with data-based recommendations for strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in consulting, pricing, revenue/category management, operations, data analytics, or investment banking
  • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions, with SQL proficiency (or ability to learn it quickly)
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset, with a focus on actionable insights
