We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketing / Growth Manager to join our team and lead our growth efforts.
You’re ambitious, fast and ideally have experience building and owning a full GTM strategy. You love the autonomy and are keen to build, own and deliver exponential growth in DACH and later expand into the rest of Europe/US. You will find creative ways for growth and like to run data-driven experiments.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
+2 years of relevant experience Demand Generation / Online Marketing / Growth
Content Creation & Storytelling: Exceptional ability in crafting engaging email content that captures the audience's attention and encourages action
Skilled with Tools such as HubSpot (CRM), Clay or similar tools
You thrive in high-growth startup environments; you’re entrepreneurial, fast learning, and resourceful
Has a good understanding of B2B SaaS
Strong organisational, project management and prioritisation skills
You are a strong communicator with excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
You are fluent in German and English
