Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives such as launching new asset classes and features, enhancing existing product features, ensuring alignment across business, marketing, and investment teams.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies, drive marketing of our investment products across all relevant channels including paid, SEO, CRM, webinars, web, and mobile platforms.
  • Develop campaigns and execute them across marketing channels as well as in-product experience and effectively articulate investment opportunities and capital market trends targeted to our customer segments.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research to guide product positioning, customer targeting, and investment selection.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans encompassing upper-funnel and lower-funnel measures.
  • Challenge existing approaches to marketing our investment products with a view to identifying possible blind spots.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a technical subject.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, ideally marketing financial services or other high-trust, high-information asymmetry products.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional campaigns and projects from conception through to successful implementation.
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategies, particularly in digital platforms, customer engagement, demand generation, attribution, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, fully proficient in German and English, with the ability to present complex investment topics clearly and engagingly.
  • Proven analytical and research skills, capable of synthesizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
