A leading microbiome supplement start-up in Munich is seeking a Growth Lead for their Spanish market. You will lead a team and be responsible for the growth strategy aiming for +100% revenue growth. This role requires extensive experience in market expansion, as well as a strong data-driven mindset. As Growth Lead ES for mybacs®, you will own the Spanish market P&L and lead a team of 3 across performance, content management, and digital product. You’ll report directly to management, plan and control the growth budget, and connect the ES team with our international market departments (Performance, Brand, CRM, Product, and Ops).
Your north star: +100% revenue growth in Spain while maintaining efficient acquisition costs and preparing a robust Year 2 market strategy.
Drive Growth & Profitability: Use your experience to steer the Spanish market to strong, profitable growth in 2026; own the end-to-end growth plan (strategy → execution) with clear quarterly targets on revenue, CAC, LTV, contribution margin; balance rapid growth with healthy unit economics.
Lead & Develop the ES Team (3 FTE): Lead and coach the team; set priorities, run weekly rituals, remove blockers, and develop talent; build a culture of accountability, speed, and learning to ensure high performance across functions.
Manage Budget & Performance: Plan and control the growth budget together with the ES Performance Manager; maintain rigorous forecasting, ROAS and LTV tracking; optimize spend across channels for maximum return.
Execute Multi-Channel Growth Initiatives: Connect all growth levers — Influencer Marketing, Paid Social, Affiliate, CRM & Retention, Brand/PR, Social Media & Community, Landing Pages & CRO; ensure operational excellence for all campaigns and launches (briefings, timelines, QA, legal checks).
Build the Year-2 Market Strategy: Define positioning, portfolio focus, hero SKUs, pricing, and the promotional calendar for Spain; set the foundation for long-term, scalable growth.
Internal Collaboration across Departments: Partner with Performance, Brand, Ops, Customer Support; localize global assets, share insights, and increase experimentation velocity across markets.
4-5 years of hands‑on growth/market expansion experience (preferably in a leadership position) or similar in consumer goods (D2C/e‑commerce) for Spain.
Proven track record of scaling revenue while keeping CAC under control; confident managing large budgets with full ownership and precise forecasting.
Channel expertise across paid media, creator/influencer, affiliate, CRM/lifecycle, and CRO — you know how these play together.
Data‑driven mindset: you live in dashboards (GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo/CRM, BI tool) and make decisions from LTV/CAC.
Leadership experience: you’ve managed a small team, set goals, coached performance, and built high‑tempo rituals.
Strong collaboration with creative/brand and performance teams; clear briefs, structured feedback, and crisp communication.
Spanish (native‑level) and English (fluent). Additional German is a plus.
Ownership, speed, and pragmatism — you ship, measure, learn, and iterate.
