About the Role:We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Enablement Manager to drive the top of funnel sales strategy and execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and partnerships, and is focused on building a repeatable outbound motion that fills the pipeline and accelerates growth.
You'll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and the leadership team to define outreach strategy, deploy effective tools, manage campaigns across email and LinkedIn, and shape marketing and event efforts that support lead generation. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building systems, optimizing engagement, and owning the full top-of-funnel engine.

Trove is committed to creating an equitable and transparent workplace. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year with incentive compensation tied to qualified sales leads generated. Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential for this role is expected to be $90,000 - $110,000. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
