Melotech is scaling rapidly and seeks a Growth Associate (Intern) who lives on the platforms to learn how to move content fast. You will work with our founders, Growth Manager, product and data teams to build scalable creator-led campaigns on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Your daily work includes finding creators, briefing and paying them, seeding content, spotting trends early, running quick experiments, and turning winners into repeatable playbooks while exploring new channels.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate with strong social platform knowledge.
• Experience growing an account, page or brand on social media.
• Interest in creator marketing and native-feeling content.
• Ability to test ideas and learn quickly.
• Basic quantitative skills with spreadsheets or analytics are a plus.

What you will do

Melotech is scaling fast, and organic reach is one of the engines behind it. As Growth Associate (Intern), you help run that engine end to end: the creators, the formats, the trends and the numbers behind them. This is an organic growth role first, measured on how much reach every hour and every euro brings back. You work directly with our founders, our Growth Manager, product and data team.

Today that means a steady stream of new products that each deserve a shot at going viral across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Your first job is to build the machine behind that: find the creators and communities that move culture, turn what works into repeatable playbooks, and run more experiments in a week than most teams run in a quarter.

On a typical day, your tasks may include:

Creator network: finding, briefing and paying creators and pages at scale, from small accounts with loyal audiences to the ones that set trends, and keeping the ones that deliver

Seeding: getting our products into the formats and communities where they can travel, at the right moment and in the right volume

Trend spotting: catching formats and memes early and moving on them within days, not weeks

Experiments: running many cheap tests every week, with clear rules for what wins and what gets killed, and turning the winners into playbooks the team can repeat

New channels: finding places where attention is still cheap, from fan pages and communities to platforms nobody on the team is using yet

Organic and paid together: working with our Growth Manager so organic winners get scaled with paid, and what paid learns feeds back into organic

Measurement: knowing which number answers which question, for example what saves and shares tell you that views do not, and what each view really costs

Tooling: building the trackers, scripts and automations you need, with platform data and AI tools as your daily coworkers

Who you are

We're looking for a student or recent graduate who lives on the platforms and wants to learn how to make content travel.

Typically, your profile will look like this:

Platform fluency: you know TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts well and can explain why a post performs

Hands-on experience: you have grown an account, a page or a side project, or supported a startup or brand on social

Creator marketing: you enjoy working with creators and has a feel for content that looks native

Creativity: you bring fresh ideas and test them in a structured way

Analytical: you are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; SQL, Python or AI tools are a plus

Pace: you thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

A big plus: you are a creator yourself, or have run pages with a real following

Academics: pursuing or recently graduated with a degree at a top-tier university, with an outstanding academic record: grades, scholarships or awards to show for it

What the process will look like

We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP.

Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage:

Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call, getting to know you

Case interview: 90-minute case discussion, present and debate your skills

Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO, going deep on all topics

Offer, contract signing and onboarding

Note: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role.
