We are looking for a result-oriented individual that will join our Growth team and help us scale Trading 212’s business in Germany.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role - you will collaborate with IT, data and design teams to develop and implement campaigns and features tailored to the German market.

What you need to have

• Growth hacking mindset

• Experience in digital marketing or partnerships in tech or finance

• A data-driven approach to decision making

• Deep understanding of influencer marketing

• Excellent writing skills

• A strong interest in investing or finance

Bonus points

• Experience in fintech or another highly regulated industry

• Experience in copywriting and localisation

• Understanding of SEO strategies

• Native German

• Drive growth in the country through partnerships, media and other high-impact channels

• Work closely with design and product teams to better localise our product and implement local campaigns

• Prepare regular reports on success metrics and competitor activity

• Identify and seize new business opportunities
