We are looking for a Growth Analyst in Munich – ideal for recent graduates or students looking to start their career in B2B tech sales.

In this entry-level role, you’ll take ownership of early-stage sales activities and support our growth by identifying and reaching out to potential customers. From the first outreach to booking initial demo calls, you’ll be the first point of contact and help shape the way prospects experience Sinpex.

You'll work closely with our experienced sales and marketing team, learn how modern outbound sales works in a fast-growing SaaS startup, and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and grow with us from day one.

What you will do:

  • Drive outbound sales efforts – You’ll identify and reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn, using creative and data-informed messaging to spark interest in Sinpex.
  • Collaborate with our AI Sales Assistant – Together with our in-house AI tools, you’ll craft, test, and refine outbound messages – and you’re welcome to bring your own ideas for smart automation and better targeting.
  • Own the first steps of the customer journey – From the first contact to booking demo meetings, you’ll ensure prospects feel understood and curious to learn more.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies – You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to test new approaches, experiment with content, and increase conversion rates.
  • Understand customer pain points – Learn to uncover KYC/KYB-related challenges and position Sinpex as the smart solution.
  • Learn, grow, and take initiative – You’ll gain hands-on sales experience in a dynamic SaaS startup, take responsibility early on, and actively help shape how we scale our sales engine.
What you will need:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic performance, ideally in business, economics, or a related field.
  • First hands-on experience through internships in areas such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or fast-paced business development environments.
  • A sharp analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills – you can both break down complex topics and explain them clearly and persuasively.
  • A genuine interest in AI-driven tools and curiosity about how technology can enhance modern B2B sales and outreach strategies.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach: you enjoy taking ownership, think in solutions, and like to get things done rather than just talk about them.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate mini-projects, and keep a clear head in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • A natural drive to grow, learn, and contribute – both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in German and English to confidently navigate an international business environment.
