  • Drive and support business performance improvements.
  • Lead capability building across the group in this area of expertise: advise, coach, train.
  • Optimize and promote end-to-end / group-wide supply chain alignment and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • As Group Process Owner: Own the Materials Planning and Production Scheduling “One Template” solution, including process, application configuration, roles, and standards. Lead your expert network and support the “Plan-to-Inventory” core process network. Collaborate with adjacent processes for end-to-end optimization. Drive continuous improvement of the template. Promote adherence through standard assessments and audits. Maintain process documentation and support ongoing training and re-training. Support troubleshooting and defect resolution.
  • As Subject Matter Expert (SME): Analyze performance metrics and KPIs, identify opportunities, and derive initiatives for root-cause analysis and solutions within your expertise area, group-wide. Lead or participate in business improvement projects, acting as an internal consultant. Support the rollout of the One Template in collaboration with Roll-out Managers.
  • As Management Unit (MU) Business Partner: Collaborate with the assigned MU to monitor overall supply chain performance and KPIs, define improvement actions, and connect with the internal network of experts for support.
  • Qualifications include a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or certification in Supply Chain Management is desirable.
  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment for FMCG. In-house consulting experience is a plus.

  • Desirable knowledge in related processes such as IBP / S&OP, demand planning, supply planning / MPS, procurement, and manufacturing.
