We are expanding our IT team and looking for an experienced Group Solution Owner Logistics & Warehousing to lead the implementation and optimization within the latest cloud-based version of Infor M3. across our logistics and warehousing operations. In this newly defined role, you will work closely with our Process Network – Plan to Inventory to implement end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment. As GSO Logistics & Warehousing, you’ll be responsible for deriving and implementing key requirements to ensure business scenarios meet user expectations. You will also support IT-driven business developments across Warehousing (Own & 3PL), Logistics, Quality, Dangerous Goods, Plant Maintenance, and Asset Management.

How you will spend your time as our next GSO - Logistics & Warehousing:

In this role (internally titled Group Solution Owner – Warehousing & Logistics), you will oversee logistics and warehousing processes, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs. You will also manage both technical implementations and stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful execution of logistics strategies.

What you will do:

• Lead logistics and warehousing operations with a focus on Onsite, Inbound, and Outbound Logistics.
• Ensure warehousing, distribution, and quality management systems meet business objectives and end-user requirements.
• Optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatching, with integration of related modules like Field Track (FT) for warehousing.
• Oversee 3PL integration via EDI, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance through Infor M3's Quality Management System (QMS) while maintaining business continuity for assigned solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure logistics solutions align with company goals and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Take full ownership of solution delivery, including Business Development, Life Cycle Management, Operations (run), and Business Support.
• Consult with departments to define necessary system changes and enhance user interactions and capabilities.
• Develop training programs to improve user proficiency with complex systems.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including superusers and suppliers, ensuring effective governance.
• Oversee third-party support services for the Infor Solution Stack, ensuring service levels are met and support targets achieved.
• Perform ongoing Application Management tasks, resolving system issues and optimizing functionality.

What we expect of you:

• A proven track record of success with Infor M3 in Supply Chain Execution, focusing on Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Quality Systems.
• Deep expertise in managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within Infor M3, including logistics processes (onsite, inbound, and outbound) and the use of Field Track (FT).
• Experience integrating 3PL providers via EDI.
• Strong background in managing outsourced IT services, ensuring service delivery and meeting support targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across functions and with external partners.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, matrix environment with multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in a global manufacturing company, ideally within the food industry.
• Familiarity with Infor Factory Track (FT) in warehousing, with potential future integration with MES for shop floor activities.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) within Infor M3.
