Your role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and business-minded Group Risk Manager to enhance our internal control frameworks and promote risk awareness across the Sunday Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a production company focused on consumer products, with experience in complex supply chains and cross-functional collaboration. You will actively collaborate with departments to identify and evaluate critical risks along the entire value chain, playing a key role in ensuring our internal controls evolve with our rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and conducting risk management activities in accordance with group frameworks and best practices.
- Identifying, assessing, and communicating risks across all business areas, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining the Corporate Risk Committee and its sub-committees.
- Leading the annual risk management planning process, conducting workshops, and maintaining the enterprise-wide risk register.
- Establishing and managing the Group’s risk appetite, with regular reviews and clear communication through actionable reports.
- Creating relevant policies and procedures, such as the Group Risk Management Terms of Reference.
- Providing risk management training to employees at all levels.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in internal/external audit, risk management, or related fields within a production company focused on consumer products, preferably in food supplements, pharmaceuticals, or food industries.
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar; certifications like CIIA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA are highly advantageous.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with organizational strength and solid business acumen.
- Excellent strategic, problem-solving, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English is required; Polish or German skills are a plus.
