Your role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and business-minded Group Risk Manager to strengthen our internal control frameworks and drive risk awareness across the Sunday Group. To succeed in this role, you bring a strong background in a production company focussed on consumer products, with exposure to complex Supply Chains and cross-functional collaboration.You won’t just manage processes – you’ll actively collaborate with departments to identify and evaluate critical risks along the entire value chain. As an expert in your field with deep risk management know-how, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our internal controls grow in step with our fast-scaling business.
- Lead and conduct risk management activities in line with group frameworks and best practices
- Play a key role in identifying, assessing, and communicating risks across all business areas, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Corporate Risk Committee and any sub-committees
- Lead the annual risk management planning process, conduct workshops, and maintain the enterprise-wide group business risk register
- Establish and manage the Group’s risk appetite, ensuring it is regularly reviewed and clearly communicated through actionable risk reports to key stakeholders
- Establish relevant policies and procedures such as Group Risk Management Terms of Reference
- Conduct risk management training for employees at all levels of the Sunday Group
Your profile
- You bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or a related field within a production company focused on consumer products – ideally in the food supplements, pharmaceutical, or food industry
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field – certifications such as CIIA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA are highly beneficial
- You have a hands-on attitude,a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and bring organizational strength and a solid business acumen
- You have a strong strategic and problem-solving approach, excellent analytical skills, and confident stakeholder management
- Fluency in English is required; Polish or German are a big plus!
